Terms of Use
Rules for using the AVTOVIZA information platform.
1. Parties
This Agreement is concluded between the operator of the "AVTOVIZA" platform and any person using the platform.
Details of the platform operator:
The Administration ensures the operation of the platform and the posting of seller companies’ listings.
2. What the platform does
The platform provides access to a catalog of vehicle offers and search tools: filters, comparison, favorites.
The platform transfers the user’s request to the selected seller company.
The platform does not sell vehicles and does not provide services for their delivery or customs clearance.
3. Liability: the platform is not a party to the transaction
This is a key term of this Agreement. "AVTOVIZA" is an information platform. Contracts of sale, supply, delivery and any other contracts are concluded DIRECTLY between the buyer and the seller company.
The platform operator is not a seller, the seller’s agent, a surety or a guarantor for the seller’s obligations.
Information about the vehicles — price, equipment, mileage, condition, availability, timeframes — is posted by seller companies. The platform operator does not verify its accuracy and is not responsible for it.
The platform operator is not responsible for the performance of the contract between the buyer and the seller, the quality of the vehicles, delivery times, refunds of funds and any losses arising from such a transaction.
Claims regarding the transaction are to be made directly to the seller company. The platform operator has the right, but is not obliged, to assist in establishing contact between the parties.
Before concluding a contract, the buyer should independently verify the information about the seller and the vehicle.
4. User obligations
The user undertakes to provide accurate information, not to use the platform for actions that violate the law, and not to take actions that create an excessive load on the platform, including automated data collection.
5. Rights of the platform operator
The platform operator has the right to change the composition and design of the platform, to suspend its operation for maintenance, to remove from publication offers that violate the law or this Agreement, and to restrict a user’s access if they breach the terms.
6. Intellectual property rights
The design and structure of the platform belong to the platform operator or are used on legal grounds.
Photographs and descriptions of vehicles belong to the seller companies that posted them.
Trademarks, make and model names belong to their rightholders and are used for informational purposes.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
8. Changes and applicable law
The current version is published at /terms.
The relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
