1. Who processes the data

Personal data of visitors is processed by the administration of the "AVTOVIZA" platform — hereinafter the "Administration".

Requests concerning the processing of personal data are accepted through the feedback form on the platform. The response time is 30 calendar days.

The platform does not transfer visitors’ personal data to seller companies without a separate action by the visitor themselves: data is sent to the seller only together with the request that the visitor has directed to it.

2. What the platform is

"AVTOVIZA" is an information platform. Information about vehicles is posted by seller companies. The platform does not sell vehicles, is not a party to the transaction and does not receive payment for vehicles.

The contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller. The processing of the buyer’s personal data by the seller after the contact is transferred is governed by the seller’s documents, not by this Policy.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• transferring the buyer’s request to the selected seller company;

• saving selections and favorites;

• responding to requests regarding the operation of the platform;

• ensuring the functionality and security of the platform.

4. Categories of data

• name, phone number and email address — to the extent provided by the user;

• information about the vehicle of interest;

• technical data: network address, browser and device information, date and time of the request.

Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

5. Transfer of data

When contacting about a specific offer, data is transferred to the seller company that posted that offer — to the extent necessary to contact the buyer.

Data is not transferred to any other third parties, except in cases provided for by law.

6. Retention periods and rights

Data is stored until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 1 (one) year from the date of the last request.

The user has the right to obtain information about the processing, to demand clarification, blocking or destruction of the data, to withdraw consent and to appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

A request is submitted through the feedback form on the platform. The response time is 30 (thirty) calendar days.

7. Cookies

The platform uses cookies to save search filters, favorites and session settings. The user may disable their storage in the browser settings; some features will then become unavailable.
